When you launch from director select install clockwork and and then select your phone from the list and complete the install. What is happening is clockwork modernistic is replacing the original recovery on the phone with a more user friendly one that allows the installation of roms. One time installed reboot the phone into recovery. I don't quite retrieve the push combo only its on the forums here. At that place are two possibilities now, you lot could either be in the new recovery modern or the original. If your in the original at that place should be something that says apply update.nada. endeavor that, reboot into recovery, if it still hasn't changed, try one more fourth dimension and it should be at that place now. If annihilation was confusing just let me know and I can fix how I stated it. Good luck and let me know how information technology turned out!

It has been finished successfully - But I nonetheless didn't have the option "Install zip from SD card"
I did information technology again, and fifty-fifty endeavour to apply the Update.zippo file,
And I still don't take this option.

Because I take never taken that route, I am non sure where to become from in that location. However, I would recommend looking at this thread and downloading the appropriate file which should exercise everything you need to get started:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=788108

that should give you rooting (even though yous said you have it), busybox (which is required for most things), and the appropriate Clockwork Mod.

I haven't taken that route either considering I grabbed a bang-up file for my phone a long time ago to go Clockwork Modern on my telephone so I cant exist too much more help besides pointing y'all in the right direction. Good luck!

If y'all have anymore questions I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.

No problem

I dont heed helping at all! Sometimes getting started is the hardest thing to do and sad it took and then long to find what you needed. All-time of luck with ROM's!

As a side notation, i would highly recommend looking into the IceCream Sandwich roms that are being developed. The battery life doubled on my captivate getting 16+ hours sometimes.

My previous ROM was ICS.
I had this ROM for 2 weeks and then after I started my WAZE my cell restarted itself in loops.

My aim is to install over again the ICS ROM.

Thanks again.
